How do I change my booking dates?

To edit your reservation please contact us. A reservation representative will reach out ASAP.

How can I book multiple units?

To book multiple units simply select each unit you wish to book, along with the dates you wish to stay and add it to your cart. You will find each unit within your cart upon check out. Please note this reservation is not fully booked until confirmed by a reservation representative. A representative will be in contact with you upon booking! 

What is your cancellation policy?

If the reservation is canceled 30 days prior to your check in date then the deposit will be completely refunded and the card on file will not be charged for the stay.

What is your pet policy?

We would love to host your furry friend! That being said we welcome dogs under 75 pounds with an additional pet fee per night.

When will my deposit be refunded?

All deposits will be refunded within a week of your check out date. Please note Wedding Reservation Deposits are non-refundable. 

What if I never received my deposit back?

Please contact us immediately using the information below to check the status of your deposit.

What if my unit is damaged upon our check-in?

If your unit is damaged upon check-in please contact the concierge immediately. We will do our best to repair any damages to ensure you have the best stay!

Can I extend my checkout time?

Standard check out time is at 10 AM. We will do our best to accommodate an extended check out based upon request and availability.
